Label the three given points as A, B, C
A = (-1,3)
B = (-1,2)
C = (9,2)
The goal is to find the location of point D so we form rectangle ABCD.
If you plot those points on the grid, then you would get what is shown in the diagram below. From there we can quickly see that D is at (9,3)
Point D(9,3) shares the same x coordinate as point C(9,2). This is because D is directly above C.
Point D(9,3) shares the same y coordinate as point A(-1,3). This is because D is on the same horizontal level as point A.
