Would happen if the sister chromatids did not split equally during anaphase of mitosis?

Answer: The failure of the sister chromatids to seperate equally during anaphase will result in the nondisjunction. This results in the cells with abnormal number of the chromosomes ( mutation). One cell may have 4 while other have 3
