Know that: When two angles form a linear pair, it means that the angles sum up to 180°

The measure of one angle is
1(1)/(2) times the measure of the other angle.

First angle:
x

Second angle:
1(1)/(2) x


1(1)/(2) x+x=180


(5x)/(2)=180


5x=360


x=72

72° is the measure of the first angle

Plug in 72 into the second angle which is
1(1)/(2)x and solve


1(1)/(2) (72)


(3)/(2) (72)


108

The measure of the second angle is 108°
