The amount of water in a person's body varies directly with the person's weight. A person weighing 80 kg contains 48 litres of water. How much a person would weigh, if he contains 60 litres of water?

Answer: 100 Kg

Explanation:

We, divide 80 kg by 48 liters to get the amount of weight per liter of water.

80 / 48 = 1.6667

Since 1 liter per water is 1.667 we multiply this number by 60 liters of water, to get the total amount of weight.

(80/48) * 60 = 100 KG

Tip, since 80/48 equals a repeating decimal number, its recommended to use (80/48) * 60 instead of * 1.667 since its more accurate.

Hope this helped!
