A. Gilded Age
so the westward movement or westward expansion happened primarily in 1801-1861
the Dawes act began in 1887
mass industrialization began in the 1830s or so in europe but moved to the us later
The guided age happened between 1870-1900
the progressive era was 1897-1920 (roughly)
the interwar years were the 30s
and we are still in the modern era
