a) 2^4 * 29

b) 2^4 * 3^2 * 5

c) Prime number (71)

Explanation:

Factor by 2 for each.

464 = 232 *2

464 = 2 * 2 * 116, and so on

720 = 2 * 360

720 = 2 * 2 * 180, and so on

71 is a prime number, so it's just 71
