Answer: 2380 (choice B)

Step-by-step explanation

Using a calculator shows

13.75*9*19.25 = 2382.1875

The result is exact without any rounding done to it.

When rounding to three decimal places, we get 2382.188; this rules out choice D.

When rounding to one decimal place, we get 2382.2 which isn't too far from 2382.3; this should be sufficient to rule out choice C.

When rounding to the nearest whole number, we get 2382, which rules out choice A.

Choice B is the only thing left. The value 2380 isn't too far from 2382 in my opinion; however, 2382 is the better approximation of course. Of all the answer choices, 2380 is the worst approximation. It's the value furthest from the true volume 2382.1875

Side note: When rounding 2382.1875 to the nearest tens place value, we get 2380. As you move left along the place value chart, the less accurate the rounded estimated value will be.
