Explain how you would calculate how many seconds old you are. What conversion factors would you use?

I would convert my years of age to months, to days, to hours to minutes and finally to seconds. By knowing these facts:
365 days = 1 years
1 day = 24 hours
1 hour = 60 minutes
1 minute = seconds

I would be able to solve it.
