lowest degree = 7

Explanation:

Very hard to find.


y=x (x + 2) (x - 2) (x^4 - 5 / 3 x^3 - 7 / 3 x^2 + 20 / 3 x - 20 / 3)

Method:

-2,0,2 are roots => x*(x+2)(x-2)

Derivate at x= -2, x=2,x=1 are equal to 0

f(1)=9

That give a system 4 equations , for variables (pivot's method or calculate inverse of matrix)

NB: degree 5 does not go. (incompatibility for derivate)
