A metaphor is a comparison that doesn’t use “like” or “as.” An example of a metaphor would be, “Her eyes were the size of the sun.” Or “His eyes are the stars.” Their eyes aren’t *ACTUALLY* the stars or the size of the sun, it’s just comparing them to something unreal. Hope this helps!!
