Answer: the zeros are 18, and -4. and the axis of symmetry is over the y axis.

Step-by-step explanation: using the quadradic formula, witch is
x=(-b [plus or minus] √(b^2-4ac) )/(2a) and a= 1 b= -14 c=-72. ill plug in all the numbers and get
x=(-(-14) [plus or minus] √((-14)^2-4(1)(-72)) )/(2(1)\\)\\ so after you do all the math. witch is
x=(14[plus or minus] √(196+228) )/(2\\) then you add the 196 to 288 witch is 484, and since the number is parenthesis is more than 1 there is 2 numbers that would make it zero.
x=(14 [plus or minus] √(484))/(2\\) then the square root of 484 is 22 and then you first add 14 to 22 then divide by 2 and that gives you 18. then you have to subtract 14 from 22 giving you -8 then divide it by 2 witch is -4.
