In order to simplify this expression, we should remember one of the exponent properties.

It states that:
\bf{(x^m)^n=x^(mn)}.

Similarly,


\sf{(4a^3)^2=(4a)^(3*2)=16a^6}

(so basically, 4a^3 squared is 16a^6 because we square both a^3 and 4)
