First, 1000 copies means ($15* every 100 copies),
Second, 1000/100 = 10 charges of $15 becoming ($15 * 10)
That equals...
$150 for the 1000 copies.

(15 • 3 sets of 100 copies) + x = 75 to find the fixed cost
45 + x = 75
x = $30
1,000 copies = 10 sets of $100
(15 • 10) + 30 = 150 + 30 = $180 for 1,000 copies
