Answer:

3x - 4y = 6

-4y = -3x + 6

y = (3/4)x - (3/2)

A line perpendicular to this line will have slope -4/3.

-2 = (-4/3)(3) + b

-2 = -4 + b

b = 2

y = (-4/3)x + 2
