Answer: f(-4) = 11

Explanation:

In order to evaluate this function, I am going to plug in -4 for x:

\sf{f(x)=-4x-5}

\sf{f(-4)=-4(-4)-5}

\sf{f(-4)=16-5}

\sf{f(-4)=11}

Therefore, f(-4) = 11.
