Calculate the current,if the voltage is 1150 V and the resistance is 200 ohms.

Answer:

I = 5.75 amps

Explanation:

using ohm's law

V = IR ( V is the voltage, I the current , R the resistance )

substitute V = 1150 and R = 200 into the equation

1150 = I × 200 = 200 I ( divide both sides by 200 )


(1150)/(200) =
(200)/(200) I , then

5.75 = I

the current I in the circuit is 5.75 amps
