Mulitiply by 12 what is 12 x 16 equal

12 x 16 = 192. You multiply the 6 and 2 which is 12, write the 2 on the bottom and carry the 1 which the first number would equal 72. Now you put the zero under the 2 and multiple diagonally so the second number would be 2 and the first number would be 1. You add up 120 and 72 which equals 192.
