Answer: The graph is shown below

Whenever we plot points on a grid, we always start at the origin. The origin is where the x and y axis cross. The origin is the point (0,0).

Start at the origin. Then move 1 unit right and 3 units up. This will get us to the location of point A.

Go back to the origin. Move 2 units left so we arrive at point B.

Go back to the origin. Point C's location is found by moving 3 units right and 4 units down.
