Radius: Half the diameter, and a line that runs from the center of a geometric figure to the edge.

Given that the diameter is 20 we just need to divide it by 2 to get the radius.

20/2 = 10 feet.

The radius is 10 feet which is the only measurement we'll ever need to find the circumference of a circle.

Plug into formula:
