First If we graph it, we can say that the graph has 4 squares and each is 90 degrees. So in total the graph would be 360 degrees, so first it is graphed (-3,4), (-1,0), and (-4,0) it would be in the (-,+) block. Each block has a specific function. So then if we rotate 90 degrees which is clockwise we would end up in the (+,+) block making the coordinates (3,4), (1,0), and (4,0) then rotate it again and we would end up in the (+,-) making the coordinates (3,-4), (1,0) and (4,0).
