-2(7-y)+4=-4
-14-2y+4=-4 (-16)
-10-2y=-4 (-16)
-2y=6 (-6)
y=-3 (-3=-3)

sorry if i’m wrong but all i did was switch the y’s to 3’s but that was from my understanding
