Answer: One way to do this is to double C.
Another way is to half d.

Explanation:

I'm verry bad at explaing.

If a/b=c/d, that means they are proportional.
so you can rewrite the equation as 2/1=4/2 (same answer)
We need to double a without changing b
(2*2)/1≠4/2
4/1≠2
4≠2
So also multiplying c by 2 will make it equal.
(2*2)/1=(2*4)/2
4/1=8/2
4=4
We can also half the denominator(d) for the same result.
(2*2)/1=4/(2/2)
4/1=4/1
4=4
