Answer:

(c-1)/(c+1)

Explanation:

1 ÷
(c+1)/(d)

_______

1 ÷
(c-1)/(d)

For the numerator: Flip the denominator over the numerator for c+1/d and multiply it to 1

For the denominator: Flip the denominator over the numerator for c-1/d and multiply it to 1

Now,

(d)/(c+1) ÷
(d)/(c-1)

Flip d/c-1 to be c-1/d and multiply it to d/c+1

(d)/(c+1) ·
(c-1)/(d)

The D's cancel out:

=
(c-1)/(c+1)

c-1/c+1
