80% (B)
Explanation:
Divide the max grade (100) by 5 questions, which is 20.
If you got 4 correct (1 wrong), you need to multiply 20 by 4, which is 80%. 80-89's are Bs (well at least where I live)

So 4/5 should be an 80 because if you multiply 5x20 and 4x20 you would get 80/100 but sometimes teachers make certain questions worth more points than others so maybe that is what happened but maybe talk to your teacher about it
