A. Through meditation
In Hinduism, reaching enlightenment, also known as "moksha" or "nirvana," is often sought through various spiritual practices, including meditation. Meditation is considered a fundamental practice to attain self-realization, inner peace, and connection with the divine. Through meditation, individuals aim to quiet the mind, detach from worldly desires, and gain insight into their true nature. While the other options (B, C, and D) may have their own significance in Hinduism, meditation is the primary means through which individuals seek to attain enlightenment and break the cycle of reincarnation.
