Health systems management involves the planning, organization, and monitoring of care programs and services across a "system". The role of the health systems management is to provide a structure to health systems by developing care plans and programs, organizing the resources to provide preventive care services, and influencing decisions behind health care policies. I would depend on doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and pharmaceutical technicians to accomplish my job by giving their opinion on what is necessary to help improve the healthcare systems. I would need their opinions to accomplish my job and vice verse. I feel that interdependence works well in the workforce world because if you have employees working together as a team to provide high quality care to patients requires medical professionals to make educated and time-sensitive decisions on a daily basis. Interdependence involves your coworkers and you to recognize that all opinions matter not just one person matters. Health systems managers help organizations in both the public and private health sectors in reaching their goals. Health care facilities rely on their staff to ensure operations run smooth.
