First: look at the fraction see if they have a common denominator, 4/3 and 2/3 do so we do 4/3+2/3 which gives us 6/3 or 2.
Next: we add 2+2/3=2 2/3 or 6/3=24/12 + 9/12= 33/12= 2 9/12 = 2 2/3

By using the commutative property, the given expression should be simplified as follows: B.
4/3 + 2/3 + 3/4 = 2 + 3/4 = 2 3/4.

By applying the Commutative Property we have:
4/3 + 3/4 + 2/3

Re-arranging the expression, we have;
4/3 + 2/3 + 3/4 = (4 + 2)/3 + 3/4
4/3 + 2/3 + 3/4 = 2 + 3/4
4/3 + 2/3 + 3/4 = 2 3/4
