The vertices of triangle HIJ lie on circle K, as shown. Triangle H I J has vertices on circle K. Segment J H is a diameter of the circle. If m∠IHJ is 72°, what is m∠IJH?

Since segment JH is the diameter of circle K, it follows that angle IJH must be a right angle (90°). This is because any angle inscribed in a semicircle (like angle IJH) is a right angle. Therefore, if angle IHJ is 72°, angle IJH must be 90° - 72° = 18°.
