Lets find f(6) first:

f(x) = -4x-4

so f(6) would mean that x=6, so substitute 6 for x:

f(6) = -4*(6)-4 = -24-4 = -28

Now g(-4)

g(x) = 2x^3+2

we do the same here

g(-4) = 2(-4)^3+2 = 2*-64+2 = -128+2 = -126
