Substituting into the expression, we have:

$((4c+9d)^2)/(c^2+3d^2$)

$([4(3)+9(-2)]^(2))/((3)^(2)+3(-2)^(2))$

$([12+-18]^(2))/(9+3(4))

$((-6)^(2))/(9+12)$

(36)/(21).

Simplifying, we get
(12)/(7).

So, 12/7 is our answer.
