What do you mean by one unit of water? ​

This depends on the discipline and units given.
In physics 1 unit of water is automatically 1m^3 of water since the SI unit of length in physics is meter(m)
Hence 1 unit of water in volumetric terms is 1m^3
In other subjects, units of measurement should be at least provided for one to know the exact meaning of 1 unit of water
