Answer:

Strawman

'People who support abortion are monsters who don't care about the life of an unborn child.'

A strawman fallacy is when someone creates a false or exaggerated version of an opponent's argument in order to make it easier to discredit or attack.

This example contains a strawman fallacy because it presents a false version of an opponent's argument by implying that those who support abortion are completely uncaring about the life of unborn children.

Instead of saying 'People who support abortion are monsters who don't care about the life of an unborn child,' I would say 'People who support abortion may have differing opinions on when life begins and how much value should be placed on the life of an unborn child.'
