Assuming -5 isn’t a part of the fraction and is the c value instead

g(x) = 2/3x - 5
g(x+6) = 2/3(x+6) -5
g(x+6) = 2/3x+18 -5

Assuming -5 is part of the fraction

g(x) = 2/3x - 5
g(x+6) = 2/3(x+6) -5
g(x+6) = 2/3x+18 -5
g(x+6) = 2/3x+13
