Answer:

a = 90 , b = 90 , c = 70 , d = 65

Explanation:

the central angle a is twice the measure of the inscribed angle 45° , subtended on the same arc.

then a = 2 × 45° = 90

the measure of an arc is the same as the central angle that it subtends

then b = a = 90

the measure of a tangent- chord angle c is half the measure of its intercepted arc 140°

then c =
(1)/(2) × 140 = 70

the sum of the arcs in a circle is 360°

the third arc on the circle is then

360 - (b + 140) = 360 - (90 + 140) = 360 - 230 = 130°

the measure of the tangent- chord angle d is half the measure of its intercepted arc 130°

then d =
(1)/(2) × 130 = 65
