Answer:

\bold{See\ the\ labeled\ diagram.}\\\mathrm{Given,\ Area\ of\ rectangle\ BCDE=28m^2}\\\mathrm{or,\ BE* BC=28\ \ \ [Area\ of\ rectangle=length\ *\ breadth]}\\\mathrm{or,\ BE* 4=28}\\\mathrm{or,\ BE=7m}

\mathrm{Also\ we\ have:\ Area\ of\ rectangle\ EFGH=48m^2}\\\mathrm{or,\ EH*\ GH=48}\\\mathrm{or,\ EH* 8=48}\\\mathrm{or,\ EH=6m}

\mathrm{Now,}\\\mathrm{Area\ of\ rectangle\ ABEH=BE* EH=7*6=42m^2}\\

Answer: 42 m²

Explanation:

To find the area of the other rectangle, we first need to find the missing sides in the 2 squares we are given the area.

To find those sides out, we have to divide the area by the given side, since division is the inverse of multiplication which is used to find the area.

So
(48)/(8)=6.

And
(28)/(4)=7.

Now that we have our sides for the third rectangle we can multiply the sides to find the area.

7·6=42.

So our answer is 42 m².

Hope that helped a lot.
