Answer:
(3(x-5))/(5) or
(3)/(5)(x-5)

Explanation:

To solve the expression, we have to simplify it. We are not given x and since this isn't an equation (?=? is an equation), we can only simplify it.

The most we can do is factor out the -3 from the equation. That will make it -3(x-5) in the numerator (since 15 divided by -3 is -5) and -5 still in the denominator. Our new equation is
(-3(x-5))/(-5).

We can take away the negatives by canceling the out and get our answer
(3(x-5))/(5). Or if you want to simplify it even more, you can the fraction
(3)/(5) out of the equation and get
(3)/(5)(x-5).

Since we aren't given x, there are infinite solutions for x (all real numbers could be x).

Hope that helped a lot.
