Answer: Ad hominem fallacy

Step-by-step explanation:

An ad hominem fallacy is when an attack on the opposite side is focused on a personal story, instead of the argument they claim to make.

For example if a person were to say they could make good sushi, a ad hominem response would be:

Last time you used a knife to chop up things, you got a very bad bleeding so how could you possibly make good sushi?

The ad hominem response focused on a story about the person cut themselves while cooking instead of focusing on why the think they can make good sushi.

Hope that helped a lot.
