Hello,

Answer:

S = {∅}

Explanation:

We have 3x² + x + 5 = 0

so a = 3 ; b = 1 and c = 5

⇒ Δ = b² - 4ac = 1² - 4 × 3 × 5 = 1 - 60 = - 59

We have Δ <0 ⇒ no solution

S = {∅}

It’s no solution because the root does not exist and there is no domain
