to be precise, in this case the sectors show the percentage of each type of cheese (when 100% is the whole, the full circle).

Brie looks like is a quarter of the whole circle.

that means it is about 1/4 or then 100%/4 = 25% of the whole amount of sold cheese.

since the whole (100%) is 300kg, 1/4 of these 300kg is

300/4 = 75kg.

so, Tosco sold about 75kg of Brie in that week.
