Answer:

Rs. 763,000

Explanation:

To calculate the total amount of money that would be given to the dealers, we need to determine the most usual sales and identify the number of dealers whose sales exceed that amount.

From the given tabular form, we can see that the highest number of dealers falls under the sales range of 500-1000, with 60 dealers. Therefore, we can consider this range as the most usual sales range.

To calculate the total amount of money given to the dealers, we need to determine the number of dealers whose sales exceed 1000.

The sales ranges that exceed 1000 are:

  • 1500-2000: 52 dealers
  • 2000-2500: 35 dealers
  • 2500 and more: 22 dealers

Adding up these numbers, we get:

52 + 35 + 22 = 109 dealers

Since the annual general meeting decided to give an award of Rs. 7000 to each dealer whose sales are more than the most usual sales, we can multiply the number of dealers (109) by the award amount (Rs. 7000) to get the total amount of money that would be given to the dealers:

109 dealers * Rs. 7000/dealer = Rs. 763,000

Therefore, the total amount of money that would be given to the dealers is Rs. 763,000.
