I wanted to do an software to help communities that have problem, i would like to know any communities problem, like what we can do for them like couple, sick, farmer, what their problem and what could we do?

This isn't a very computer related answer, but: listen. If you want to understand the issues and concerns in your community, you need to spend time talking with them to get a sense for what they need. Only then can you start to work towards a solution.
