1. The only thing we can be sure this figure has is that it has a 45-degree angle

2. Line L do not bisect the angle. To assume such, we have to have some indication that angle ABD either equal angle DBC or that angle ABC is a 90-degree angle.

3. Ray L need to be shown to have equal angles on both sides. (Related to the #2 above)

a. Looking at the picture, you can assume ∠ABC is 90°, ∠ABD and ∠CBD are each 45° and complementary.

b. It looks like ray l bisects because bisecting means splitting into 2 equal parts, and ray l most likely has bisected ∠ABC into ∠ABD and ∠CBD.

c. You need to find out if ∠ABD and ∠CBD are congruent, or in other words, their sides are angles are equal measure.
