Ok because you have to plot using intercept your first step would be to find said intercepts.

Here is your equation:

x-y = 3

to find the y-intercept (where the line goes through the y axis) you substitute 0 in for x because the y axis is located at x = 0

lets find it:

0 - y = 3 (multiply both sides by -1)

y = -3

So your first point to plot would be (0,-3)

Let's do the same thing for the x - intercept:

to find the x-intercept (where the line goes through the x axis) you substitute 0 in for y because the x axis is located at y= 0

x-0 = 3

x = 3

Your second point to plot is (3,0)
