Answer: 29/6

Explanation:

We can write 1 as (3/3) to evaluate the first two terms.

(3/3)-(2/3) = (1/3)

Now let's work on the last term.

(1/3)-(-9/2) = ?

two negatives makes a positive

(1/3) + (9/2)

We can rewrite both of these fractions under the common denominator of 6

(1/3) = (2/6)

(9/2) = (27/6)

(2/6)+(27/6) = 29/6
