Answer: 0.18033

Explanation:

Add all the workers in the possible positions up, and divide that by the female industrial workers.

So in other words,
(144333000)/(8004000), 144333000 being the sum of all 6 possible outcomes.

The quotient would equal 0.180326086957 or about one in 18, when you move the decimal place 2 to the left. So the rounded answer would be 0.18033
