The distance the bike will travel in one rotation is the circumference, or pi times diameter
So, one revolution takes 16pi inches, or 50.24 inches
We need to cover 1600 meters, which is 62,992.16 inches
The number of rotations is 62.992.16/50.24=1253.82, so the answer is C. 1254 revolutions
