1) asymptotes are x=-3 and x=4 => on denominator (x+3)(x-4)

but part 1 and 3 must be returned => -

2) in the middle: pass trough (2,0) => on numerator (x-2)

but this part is opening up => (x-2)²

3) part 3 is turning down => (x-4)²
