The perimeter of of a rhombus is 40, one of the diagonals is 16. What is the length of the second diagonal?

(Please help pls show work)

So the sides of the rhombus are each 10 units in length. Half of the diagonal is 8. Using the pythagorean theorem, we can work out half of the length of the other diagonal. This is because the diagonals in the rhombus is a perpendicular bisector of one another. So sqrt(100-64) = 6. So other diagonal should be 12 units in length.
