V = πr²h ( r is the radius and h the height )

here diameter = 28 m , then r = 28m ÷ 2 = 14 m and h = 8
(1)/(2) m = 8.5 m , so

V =
(22)/(7) × 14² × 8.5

=
(22)/(7) × 196 × 8.5 ( cancel the 7 and 196 )

= 22 × 28 × 8.5

= 5,236 m³
