2) put a point A=(-4,5)

3) search the point A' (image of the point A by central symetry of O

4) draw the circle of center O passing through A (diagonals of a rectangle are equal)

5) draw the perpendicular of [AA'] passing through O (bissector perpendicular ? médiatrice in French)

intersection with the circle gives others vertex.

We may also use analytic geometry .
